Provide legal advice on a wide range of real estate finance matters, including asset management and loan workouts.2. Review and negotiate real estate finance transactions and related documents.3. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement legal strategies that align with our business objectives.4. Maintain current knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends in real estate finance, and advise the company accordingly.5. Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.6.
Manage acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing7. Handle dispute resolution processes related to real estate finance matters.8. Conduct due diligence investigations and risk assessments.9. Provide training to company staff on real estate finance laws and regulations.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. 3-6 years of experience as a real estate finance attorney3. Extensive knowledge of real estate finance law, including asset management and loan workouts.4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.8.
