Generous PTOJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Executive to join our team. As a Project executive you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction project teams, specifically in the higher education or healthcare sector. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders Manage subcontractor relationships, including negotiating contracts and resolving issues Work closely with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project goals are met Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks Manage and mentor project team membersQualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction project management Strong understanding of construction project management principles, practices, and techniques Experience with budgeting, cost estimating, and scheduling Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience managing subcontractor relationships Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and industry standardsInterested in hearing more?
