schedules and ensure they are on track Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems Develop and implement quality control measures for projects Effectively communicate with client
Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site Manage and mentor junior
staffQualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction coordination, scheduling, and oversight. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems preferred Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals Understanding of safety protocols and regulationsInterested in hearing more?
