This role is instrumental in overseeing infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing complex civil construction projects, particularly those involving water well drilling. Proficiency in MAC suites and Bluebeam software is a must. Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee all aspects of heavy civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion.2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.3. Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.4. Foster relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.5. Implement and monitor health and safety protocols on project sites.6. Coordinate and supervise the activities of the project team.7. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.8. Track and manage project costs to ensure they remain within budget.9. Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure project quality.10. Utilize MAC suites and Bluebeam for project management and documentation.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management in the heavy civil construction industry.3. Proven experience with water well drilling projects.4. Proficiency in MAC suites and Bluebeam software.5. Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.8. Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.9. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.10.
