You will be an essential bridge between our legal team, other departments, and external stakeholders.Please only apply if you have related experience.Why join us?Medical Dental Vision 401K PTO BonusJob DetailsResponsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for the legal department, facilitating effective communication between attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, briefs, and correspondence, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.Coordinate and manage document flow, ensuring timely review and signature of legal documents.Conduct legal research and compile relevant information to support attorneys' case strategies and decisions.Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and presentations, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.Prepare expense reports, manage billing and invoicing, and maintain budget tracking for the legal department.Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis as required.Undertake general administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, and managing office supplies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business administration, or a related field. Or experience4-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, legal assistant, or similar role, preferably in a legal setting.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate work under tight deadlines.Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is a plus.Interested in hearing more?
