401k with match Generous PTOJob DetailsResponsibilities: Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves Subcontractor's Payroll Reporting (Union and non Union) Analyze risks and opportunities Oversee project procurement management Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants Construction Documents (RFI's, Submittals and Change Order)
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement) Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports Review and verify employee payroll before submission Manage and update insurance certificates as neededQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or related role within the construction industry Proven experience managing contracts, reviewing payroll, and handling insurance certificates Excellent knowledge of construction procedures and material and project management principles Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards Good knowledge of MS Office and construction/project management software Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and time-management skillsInterested in hearing more?
