The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our plant operations, ensuring that we maintain accurate and timely financial records, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth within our organization.Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of plant accounting, including cost accounting, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP Develop and manage the plant budget, including forecasting and variance analysis Analyze and report on key financial metrics, including inventory levels, production costs, and overhead expenses Work closely with plant management to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting policies and procedures Provide guidance and support to the plant team on financial matters Manage the plant's ERP system, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and corporate headquartersQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reporting Proficiency in Excel and other financial software applications Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Plastic/injection molding experience preferredIf you are a motivated and experienced Plant Controller looking for an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry, we want to hear from you!
