Retirement plan Discretionary bonusesJob DetailsResponsibilities Help effectively solve legal problems for clients by analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and marital settlement agreements, handle the division of marital assets, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases Attend court proceedings as needed to ensure effective representation of clients Collaborate with Managing Attorney to effectively move files through the civil litigation process Consult with potential clients to ascertain their needs and decide on the next steps Engage in matter management to ensure timely progress in all cases Confirm all work is consistently quality-reviewed for case law and written content/clarityQualifications At least 4 years of family law experience Active admission to the State Bar of South Carolina JD degree from an accredited schoolInterested in hearing more?
