The Demo PM/Estimator’s primary duty is to assess the costs and resources required and manage Demolition projects throughout the region. Required Skills, Education, and Experience:Five+ years of experience in the demolition industryThorough understanding of cost estimating and budget projectionsBid and manage public and private demolition contracts to completionStrong knowledge of demolition practices, methods, materials, and safety regulationsAssess job opportunities by reviewing plans, and specifications, and visiting job sitesAbility to effectively present estimates to upper management, clients, and stakeholdersFamiliar with building codes and regulationsPreferred Skills, Education, and Experience:Ten years of experience in Heavy Civil Constriction relevant to this regionCertified PEOSHA and/or other applicable safety certifications and trainingInterested in hearing more?
