Conducts pre-bid conferences, identifies project staffing requirements, and provides value engineering ideasManages project financials and maintains continuous knowledge of project budget.Strong computer skills including familiarity with construction project management applicationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership skills are required including, but not limited to coaching, mentoring and the ability to build and maintain motivated teamsHighly developed project management finance skills are requiredInterested in hearing more?
