What You'll Do In This Growth Role:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of estate planning, including wealth preservation, tax law, trusts, and wills.2. Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.3. Conduct thorough legal research to stay updated on the latest developments in estate planning law and related areas.4. Help clients understand the legal aspects of estate planning and the implications of various options.5. Coordinate with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to ensure a holistic approach to estate planning.6. Ensure legal compliance in all estate planning activities.7. Assist clients in navigating complex estate and tax law issues.8. Provide legal advice on wealth preservation strategies.9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely and practical legal advice.

Qualifications

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an estate planning attorney.3. Licensed to practice law in the state.4. Extensive knowledge of estate planning, tax law, trusts, wills, and related areas.5. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and revising estate planning documents.6. Exceptional research skills and a deep understanding of legal compliance requirements.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple language.8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.9. A high level of professionalism and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.11. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
