Fast growing companyJob DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager for our Food Production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, hands-on individual to lead and manage the maintenance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance of our production equipment, facilities, and systems. This includes planning, coordinating, and managing all maintenance activities to ensure maximum operational potential is realized for all machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), TPM manufacturing, Hydraulic Systems, mechanical systems, boilers, HVAC, water systems, and commissioning equipment.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems.2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable logic controllers, power supplies, drives, gages, and test equipment.3. Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, guidance, and support.4. Plan and schedule maintenance work based on demand, workload, skill sets, and equipment availability.5. Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and increase production efficiency.6. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.7. Develop, implement, and monitor the CMMS program to track work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.8. Participate in the design and installation of new equipment or layouts.9. Manage the budget of the maintenance department, including the procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies.10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing activities.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role in a manufacturing environment.3. Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, TPM manufacturing, and CMMS.4. Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, boilers, HVAC, water systems, and commissioning equipment.5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management systems.9. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.10.
