This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional seeking to apply their expertise in a dynamic and progressive organization. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our operations, contributing to the development of innovative products while ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. You will be expected to employ your knowledge and experience in cost savings, cost reduction, continuous improvement, manufacturing, changeover, 5S, Kaizen, production, assembly, plastic, fabrication, electric vehicle, IATF, and TS 16949.Responsibilities: Oversee daily plant operations to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and productivity. Develop and implement effective strategies for cost savings and cost reduction. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality. Coordinate manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to production schedules. Supervise changeover processes to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. Implement and maintain 5S principles for workplace organization and standardization. Facilitate Kaizen events to encourage employee involvement in continuous improvement efforts. Manage production and assembly lines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery. Oversee the fabrication process of plastic and other materials, ensuring safety and quality. Navigate the intricacies of electric vehicle manufacturing, staying abreast of the latest technologies and trends. Ensure compliance with IATF and TS 16949 standards, maintaining a robust and effective quality management system. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, mutual respect, and employee engagement.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plant operations management role in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in cost savings, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, changeover procedures, and production management. Familiarity with 5S principles and Kaizen methodology. Experience in managing assembly lines and overseeing plastic fabrication processes. Experience in a automotive manufacturing environment. Knowledge of IATF and TS 16949 quality management standards. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
