Designing and implementing mechanical systems for construction projects, ensuring they meet all safety regulations and performance standards.2. Collaborating with architects and other engineers to create efficient and sustainable building designs.3. Utilizing Revit software to create detailed 3D models of mechanical systems.4. Preparing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.5. Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for the procurement and installation of mechanical systems.6. Conducting site inspections and supervising the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems.7. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.8. Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and applying this knowledge to your work.9. Ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience within engineering and design of HVAC systems3. P.E. License preferred4. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.7. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.8.
