Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate and construction contracts and agreements. Represent clients in real estate transactions, foreclosures, and bankruptcy proceedings. Advise clients on land use and zoning issues, and represent them in related proceedings. Handle litigation matters related to construction and real estate. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support client cases. Assist with entity formation and provide advice on legal structure and business strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting construction and real estate, and advise clients accordingly. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must have a valid license to practice law in the state. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction & Real Estate Attorney. Proven expertise in real estate law, construction law, foreclosure, bankruptcy, entity formation, and land use. Strong experience in handling real estate transactions. Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines. Demonstrated ability to provide sound legal advice and guidance. Proven track record of representing clients in litigation matters related to construction and real estate. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
