Travel/Vehicle ReimbursementJob DetailsAs a Heavy Civil Earthworks and Underground Estimator, you will be responsible for developing estimates on Heavy Highway & Heavy Civil projects, with an emphasis in Underground Utilities and Mass Excavation for Hard Bid, Design-Build, and Public and Private projects. DOT!The Construction Underground Estimator position’s accountability includes, but is not limited to:o Project selectiono Take-offso Estimating the project from cradle to graveo Bid submissiono Budget preparationo Project risk analysisQualifications 5+ years’ experience in Heavy Highway & Heavy Civil construction, estimating underground (Storm Drain, Sewer and Water) and earthworks

BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience

Exposure to DOT Construction Estimating
