We know our competition at a moment's notice, we nurture our ad accounts and are a high performance team.Ideal Candidate / Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be able to move in a fast-paced environment. This detail-oriented person is ready to strategize and press the gas to expand or pivot to press the brakes to regroup. We need a fast-thinking, confident, competent and competitive individual with the acumen to pivot based on ad performance, who can monitor a very large ad spend and can manipulate LSA ads in Googles ever-changing ads platform. This person should be able to go through every possible scenario to improve the ads and get them in the top-ranked slots in a highly competitive marketplace. Their skill-set should include Google PPC and LSA ads, and all social media paid ads platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accountsWeekly communication with any Account Executive and Leadership to ensure we're aligned on tasks being assigned, work quality, and any improvements we can make to that dynamicBuild strategies for clients each monthDoes not sit back and wait for instructions, this person needs to be moving forward on their own at all timesKeep detailed strategy notes daily that anyone can follow internallyHave the ability to create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channelsDeeply understand client positioning and their direct competitionConfirm lead routing is accurate within Call CenterUnderstand the value of following leads and pushing leads for follow ups, to understand exactly what the ads are bringing in by listening to calls and analyzing lead quality, then correcting issuesResponsible for personal productivity and utilizationWork directly with Paid Ads Director to ensure internal and client goals are being achievedExecute and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROIExperience and RequirementsMinimum of 6 years of Digital Paid Ads experience with Google and SocialGoogle Local Services Ads experience preferredGoogle Search Certified preferredDeep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, such as Facebook Ads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn Ads and othersProficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as Meta Business Suite, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign ManagerStrong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimizationAbility to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performanceAbility to drive results and measure signed casesAbility to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with dataEqual parts competitive and curious; youre a true problem solverYou live on the cutting edge of the industry, always looking for opportunities to grow and shareAbility to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDetail oriented with a drive to winSalary Range$60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience
