Salary: $65k-$85k
Job/Project Accountant Responsibilities:
The Job/Project Accountant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for projects, supporting project management teams with financial insights, and overseeing the project accounting lifecycle. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities include:Monitor and report on project financial performance, including cost tracking and variance analysis.Prepare and maintain project forecasts.Collaborating with project managers to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.Processing project-related invoices and ensuring they are paid in accordance with agreements.Maintaining and documenting project financial records
RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience in project accountingStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred :Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience working in Viewpoint or B2WExperience in the construction industry is preferred.
