Position TemplateFacility Name: Franciscan Health LafayetteFloor: GroundLocation Address: 1701 S Creasy Lane Lafayette IN 47905Position Information:• Facility Department/Cost Center: Radiology CC72200• Role RN Tech LPN PT etc.: Nuclear Medicine Technologist• Specialty: Nuclear Medicine amp PET/CT• Number of Openings: 1• Shift: Mon--Fri 8a—430p.• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36• Weekend Hours: on call rotation.• Call Requirements: Yes call rotation with 4 NM Technologist.• Required Certifications: ARRT ISDH Tech License BLS• Years of Experience: 2yr• Float Requirements: General NM Cardiac NM PET/CT all same hospital different locations in the building.Unit Information:• Number of Beds: 225• Patient Ratios: Dayshift with 4 Technologist covering General NM Cardiac NM PET/CT• Equipment: Siemens dual-head gamma camera Siemens PET/CT D-SPECT CZT Cardiac camera.• EMR: EPICHiring Profile:• Must Have Skills/Experience: 2yr NM Technologist experience ARRT License ISDH Tech License. Ability to perform All routine NM Procedures.• Preferred Skillset/Experience: 2 yrs experience in Nuc Med setting.• Type of Patients on Unit: INPT OP ED.• Personality Fit: Proficient Technologist motivated to work in team atmosphere to completed requested imaging exams in timely fashion. Willing to fill in various shifts if staffing issue arise in the dept.Dress Code:• Scrub Color: Charcoal Gray.• Any unacceptable attire:
