POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to create data-driven campaigns across various digital channels. This position is responsible for helping to architect the evolution of STRC's digital marketing capabilities while managing all the digital marketing, web, mobile, and social casino strategies for STRC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy Development and ExecutionDesign and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectivesDevelop and manage multi-channel campaigns across web, social media, email, and mobile platformsContinuously optimize strategies based on performance data and industry trendsData Analysis and Reporting

Analyze campaign performance using various analytics toolsGenerate insightful reports and recommendations for stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for improvement and growth in digital marketing effortsMarket Research and Competitive Analysis

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunitiesMonitor competitor activities and industry developmentsProvide strategic recommendations based on research findingsCross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with content creators, designers, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing effortsCollaborate with product teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmapsCoordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessaryTechnology and Innovation

Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing technologies and best practicesEvaluate and recommend new tools and platforms to enhance marketing effectivenessLead the implementation of new marketing technologies and processesOther duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A combination of education and extensive experience may be considered.3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy developmentCasino/Resort or hospitality experience preferred.Proven success with managing a digital portfolio of website application properties, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results, and leading digital marketing, web development, and marketing automation programs.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretationIn-depth knowledge and skill of automated communication journeys leveraging email, landing pages, SMS, retargeting, push notifications, and more within a marketing automation tool and web content management system.Advanced understanding and experience using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present key findings (quantitative and analytic skills) and then apply them to future programs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, read, write, and speak English, fluentlyOutstanding interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levels.Creative, responsible, high-energy, and eager to work with other departments to support their marketing needs.Excellent organization and project management skills.Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detailProven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to maneuver in all areas of the casino, ascent/descent from stairs, constant standing and walking; sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling or crouching, and/or prolonged periods of time focusing on tasks. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. May regularly need to lift/ move, push, or pull up material or boxes necessary to the job function, with or without assistance.

Occasionally required to lift/move, one hundred (100) pounds of force, or more (pulling, pushing, lifting, carrying, etc.) and reach with hands and arms, use hands to grasp, and have finger dexterity to handle objects, tools, or controls. Exposure to both extreme hot and cold temperatures, equipment, and substances and regularly required to work in tight, high or confined spaces.

Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Visual acuity to discern and examine text, graphics, color, and symmetry. Speech to communicate clearly, express ideas, and understandably convey information. Ability to hear for listening comprehension and to understand ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Manual dexterity to operate office and required equipment and examine or update documents, records, data, instructions, logs, and files.
