Sales Administrative AssistantTemp to Hire
Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
Seeking an Administrative Assistant, Sales to join our team. The Administrative Assistant, Sales will report to the Sales Operations Manager and have a dotted line of responsibility to the VP of Business Development and the Marketing Manager. The primary objective of this position is to provide essential administrative support and coordination to facilitate the daily operations of the entire sales and marketing team.
What Does a Week in the Life of the Administrative Assistant, Sales Look Like?Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing management team.Schedule, presentation materials, minutes, catering or restaurant reservations.Prepare documents and/or spreadsheets.Field incoming emails and phone calls appropriately.Research and data collection.Manage license applications, tracking, and renewals for Sales and Marketing.Assist in the coordination and preparation of bid submissions.Manage dedicated conference room scheduling, readiness, and supplies efficiently.Organize and maintain shared drives and directories for dealer partners, vendors, Sales and Marketing teams.Assist with the maintenance of data management systems to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.Welcome guests as needed.Work with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
Required Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent with administrative/operational support preferably in manufacturing operations or office environmentGood knowledge of general/standard administrative/manufacturing operations procedures and methods to successfully complete the duties of the job preferred3-5 years experience working with Google Suite or Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of Syteline preferred, not requiredExcellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize daily work3-5 years related administrative experience supporting multiple teamsAbility to effectively communicate ensuring all duties are completed with accuracy and high quality in a timely mannerPunctuality and good attendance are requiredPreferred Education and Experience:
AA, AS or Bachelor's Degree and/or administrative certification
