Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,520 per week

N Floating Req to Sister Facilities: N Pending State License accepted: Y Guaranteed Hours: 40 Schedule Information Shift: Therapists can choose five 8 hour days or four 10 hour days. We block 14 evals per week in each therapists' schedule, the rest are treats. There will be chart review time twice a day for 30 min for 8 hour days, and 3 times per day for 30 min for 10 hour days. Unit Specific Information We are a free standing out patient facility. We schedule 60 min for evals. Most treats are 30 minutes, but some are 45 or 60 depending on the circumstances. We see about 70% ortho patients, 30 % neuro. We have PT's, PTA's, OT's, and SLP. Some multidisciplinary patients. Therapist will receive Epic training during orientation. We typically do 1.5 days of hospital orientation, then 1.5 days of department orientation. Will then start with patient load. Will give additional charting time the first week or two. We are business casual.
