Job Description:
Responsibilities:
nalyze requirements and develop Test Cases and Test Plans.Review business requirements, create and execute test cases, create User Acceptance Tests (UAT), reducing error rates.Track defects from Client to resolution and document test case completion and failures.Partner with UAT team to organize and manage multiple priorities, completing producing, and testing successfully.Prepare the Requirements Traceability metrics and peer review the test results with the team.Under general supervision, collaborate with System Analysts and Software Developers to compile and write test plans and test cases for a variety of projects and system releases.Estimate and plan testing activities in collaboration with the project team, including all relevant details of the testing approach and scope and appropriate system regression based on the scope and risk involved.Execute test plans and test cases and record results.Continuously learn system functionality and use cases from both an IT and business perspective.Produce tracking reports for project defect and testing status.Practice and enforce Quality Assurance processes as they apply to the technical testing functions within the established framework.Proactively seek additional knowledge by asking questions to ensure test cases strongly reflect expected documented requirements.Willingness to cross train across multiple systems.Skills and Qualifications:
Strong writing and communication skills.4 years working as a member of a software testing team, prefer Team Lead experience.Experience with automated testing or any programming language is a plus.Knowledge of Microsoft Test Manager and TFS/Azure DevOps is a plus.Preferred experience in Medicaid or health care.Experience with mobile testing is a plus.
