Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,548 per week

Certification Details AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required. Various certifications are required or preferred for the Med/Surg Tele RN role, as specified in the additional info section. Job Details Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN. Facility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract. D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc.). MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. PBDS Assessment – waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
