Job DescriptionThe Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is seeking a Full-Time (30 hour/week) night shift Registered Nurse. Requires a minimum of one year of NICU nursing experience. Inova Fair Oaks Hospital's level III NICU offers 24-hour staffing from highly experienced, board-certified neonatologists and specially trained and certified nurses, dedicated to neonatal intensive care. Our 19 private rooms have the supplies and equipment to perform all the necessary care. Uses an integrated approach toward patient outcomes.Job requirements Experience - 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, 1 year of specialty RN experience if required by unit Certification - Basic Life Support through American Heart Association required at hire Licensure - Licensed Registered Nurse or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered NurseEducation:BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
