Lead the product development process from concept through delivery, ensuring that all products align with company strategy and objectives. 2. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless product development and launch. 3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the insurance and annuity market, staying abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape. 4. Define and prioritize product requirements, working with stakeholders to gather and refine specifications. 5. Develop and manage the product roadmap, clearly articulating the business value to the product team. 6. Drive product strategy and vision, communicating this effectively to stakeholders and team members. 7. Ensure all products comply with industry regulations and standards. 8. Generate 1099 forms as needed, ensuring accurate and timely submission. 9. Monitor and evaluate product performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure continued success and profitability. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role within the insurance or annuity industry. 3. Proven experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC). 4. Demonstrated experience in new product builds, from conception to market launch. 5. In-depth knowledge of insurance and annuity products, market trends, and industry regulations. 6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive product development and manage cross-functional teams. 7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product strategy and vision to stakeholders at all levels. 8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and product performance to inform strategic decisions. 9. Experience with generating 1099 forms. 10.
