Job Details:

As a Director of Finance, you will play a crucial role in our company’s financial operations. This role is a unique blend of strategic and operational responsibilities, offering the chance to drive our financial strategy while ensuring our day-to-day financial health. You will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, funding, treasury management, and financial reporting. This is a high-impact role, and we’re looking for someone with a strong track record in finance and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company's budgeting, financial forecasting, and capital raising efforts.
  • Manage treasury function, including cash flow planning, investment management, and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand and support strategic business decisions using financial data.
  • Use financial modeling to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.
  • Ensure all financial operations comply with federal and state laws.
  • Provide leadership and support to finance team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
  • Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
  • CFA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Advanced in Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Exceptional knowledge of financial data analysis and forecasting.
  • Profound understanding of treasury management and funding strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning and business development experience.
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
