Are you passionate about the construction industry and have a knack for managing complex projects? We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, including hospitality and renovation. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, with a minimum of three years' experience in the construction industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy coordinating multiple tasks, and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our construction projects. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, from initiation to completion.
  2. Developing detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
  3. Managing and coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to ensure all aspects of each project are in line with the project plan.
  4. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that could impact the successful completion of the project.
  5. Ensuring all work complies with necessary codes, standards, and legal requirements.
  6. Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and changes.
  7. Managing project closure and post-project evaluation to identify areas for improvement for future projects.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in hospitality and renovation projects.
  2. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  3. Proven experience in managing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  7. The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
  8. Proficiency in project management software.
  9. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification would be a plus.
