As an Attorney / Staff Attorney on our team, you will manage cases with an emphasis on residential real estate litigation, mortgage and transactional matters and protect the client's interest in litigation proceedings and general collection cases.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from inception to completion
- Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies
- Draft court pleadings, defense of motions
- Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in the state of New Mexico
- Must be ok with a 1920 hour billable requirement
