Developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with our business goals. 2. Leading and managing our nationwide sales team to achieve sales targets. 3. Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. 4. Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers. 5. Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements. 6. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. 7. Staying up-to-date with new product launches and ensuring sales team members are on board. 8. Working closely with the marketing department to identify new customers and to optimize sales techniques. 9. Using Salesforce to track customer interactions and sales projections. Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management position, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 3. Strong experience in industrial distribution sales. 4. Experience in food and beverage industry is a plus. 5. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software. 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 7. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. 8. Strong analytical and organizational skills. 9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 10. Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment. 11. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
