Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year

Position Overview: The Superintendent will support commercial tenant improvement projects across the LA/OC market, manage subcontractor relationship, on site labor, and project timelines / budgets.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Manage project jobsites and ensuring task completion is within budget and timeline
• Manage subcontractors and labor
• Prep, review, and submit RFI's
• Daily project reporting
• Manage property manager and tenant relationships
• Review all drawings, project documents
• Layout project elements effectively
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Procore
• 4+ years commercial TI work
• Prior assistant superintendent / superintendent work
• Safety mindset
