Are you ready to take your legal career to the next level? We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex litigation matters and contribute to our firm's success. Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of litigation, including conducting depositions, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, and representing clients in court.
  • Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to uncover facts and evidence for each case.
  • Collaborate with legal staff and partners to develop legal strategies and prepare for trial.
  • Provide legal advice to clients and represent them in negotiations, settlements, and mediations.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of state and federal laws, court procedures, and legal precedent relevant to our practice areas.
  • Build relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to keep them informed about case progress.
  • Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by participating in client meetings, networking events, and other activities.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in civil litigation, with a preference for insurance defense litigation
  • Active membership in the state bar and in good standing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage caseload, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and outstanding client service.
