Salary: $75,000 - $82,000 per year

We are seeking a hospice RN Case Manager where you'll be managing a case load of hospice patients that are located in facilities and homes. Territory is around the Delaware and Jay county areas. Personal residence will be taken into consideration with territory.

1 year of RN expeirence is highly preferred.

Hospice experience is not required.
