Job Details

Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diesel generators, including engines, alternators, and control systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify faults in diesel generator systems, and provide effective solutions to repair or replace faulty parts.

Installation and Commissioning: Install, test, and commission new diesel generators, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.

Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, oil changes, filter replacements, and coolant checks.

Load Testing: Conduct load testing on diesel generators to verify their performance and reliability under various operating conditions.

Electrical Systems Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical issues within generator control panels, wiring, and battery systems, ensuring safe and effective operation.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and services performed. Create detailed service reports for tracking generator performance and repair history.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on generators, ensuring a safe working environment for both technicians and customers.

Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diesel generators.

Parts Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory of spare parts and tools required for generator repairs and maintenance.

Emergency Response: Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot generator failures to ensure minimal downtime.

Training and Development: Stay updated on the latest technologies and techniques in generator maintenance and repair, attending training sessions as necessary.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient operation and timely completion of projects.
