As a Senior Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding our payment processes by executing manual payment requests and managing standard settlement instructions (SSIs) across multiple payment systems and trading platforms. SSIs are vital to our operations, ensuring that funds are transferred efficiently and timely that ultimately enable critical corporate funding and other business activities . Your work in maintaining the accuracy of SSIs will be key to our success.

Responsibilities:
Manage risks of incorrect SSIs with periodic and regular reconfirmation of counterparty settlement instructions, which includes partnering with various business stakeholders both internally and externally to verify current instructions and clean up unnecessary instructions
Maintain accuracy of settlement instructions in systems even if there are no recent payments to an existing counterparty
Review and approve any changes to current instructions or addition of new counterparties
Execute payment requests accurately and efficiently
Manage risks of incorrect payments by ensuring team processes are governed by enhanced controls that meet updated payment standards
Establish standardized procedures and controls for all SSIs across Finance
Coordinate with Finance Risk Management and other risk offices on best payment practices across Finance
Reduce operational exceptions and drive efficiencies via automation, elimination, and transfer of processes away from manual touchpoints
Assist with ad-hoc projects as necessary
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Operations, Financial Reporting, or Risk Management
High attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience working in Capital Markets
At least 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Operations, Reporting, or Risk Management or a combination
Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), National Check Payments (NCP), or Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP)
