These tasks include but are not limited to: experiment/exercise concept development, planning, scenario/mission thread development, event response and control cells, assessment, as well as supporting development of the future-force maritime domain within a joint experiment/exercise environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES+ Ensure experiment/exercise maritime objectives are supported by scenario/mission thread elements, storylines, and MSEL implementers (Intelligence reports, message traffic, assessments, etc.).+ Ensure maritime scenario/mission thread elements, storylines, and MSELS are linked to appropriate simulation activities and databases, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) stimulus, order of battle rosters, and other supporting technical or operational means as necessary to satisfy experiment/exercise objectives.+ Provide maritime expertise and support on applicable tactical and operational-level joint, multi-national and service doctrine associated with experiment/exercise planning/execution.+ Participate in the development of (maritime-related) After Action Reports based on observations of operational unit/role players during experiment/exercise execution.Qualifications and Education RequirementsRequired Education/Skills:+ U.S. citizen with a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.+ Ten years of USN fleet operations experience.+ Five years of experiment/exercise scenario/mission thread development and MSEL writing experience.Desired Qualifications/Skills:+ Former Navy Warfare Development Command (NWDC) N8 Fleet Experimentation (FLEX) staff officer+ Recent experience in theater-based joint and naval future force experiments/exercises, live/virtual wargaming, and exercise/event planning.+ Former Theater Maritime Operations Center (MOC) staff officer and/or USN Surface Warfare Officer (SWO).+ Graduate of one or more of the following courses/schools: USN Maritime Staff Officers Course, Maritime Advanced Warfighting School, Joint Firepower Course.Security Clearance:+ DoD Top Secret (eligible)Security ResponsibilitiesMust comply?with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures.? Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval.?
