Program Manager - Personnel and Industrial Security (Active TS/SCI Clearance)

Five Rivers Analytics is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager (PM) to oversee and manage a team of Personnel Security and Industrial Security Specialists. As the PM, you will ensure that all work and deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are completed are in accordance with the statement of work. You are also responsible for providing timely updates and detailed reports to the designated customer representatives regarding the status and performance of team members. The PM is responsible for providing proactive program management, analyzes the operations quality and performance of a distributed Personnel Security and Industrial Security Specialists and works closely with the designated customer representative to ensure requirements are met.The ideal candidate will bring knowledge and experience managing security related projects, extensive experience in both personnel and industrial security and a proven record of proven reliability and good conduct. Further, the PM requires expertise people management and communications experience including techniques that minimizing staffing challenges. Work option: Hybrid work schedule available when able. A Bachelor's degreeSeven (7) years of management experienceFour (4) years of experience in personnel securityThree (3) years in industrial security administrationActive Top-Secret Clearance with SCI EligibilityExpert knowledge of the personnel and industrial security processes:Knowledge or awareness of government policies or regulations governing security suitability and eligibility, such as Federal InvestigativeStandards (FIS), Executive Orders (E.O.) 12968, 13526, and 10450, Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), Security Executive AgentDirectives (SEADs), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 704 or other guidelines to make the appropriate adjudication recommendationsExpert knowledge of NISPOM, and DHS/CISA security standardsKnowledge of the DD Form 254 Lifecycle to include reviewing, drafting the form and requesting approvalExpert knowledge of the National Interest Determination and Foreign Ownership Control and Influence evaluationExpert knowledge of the Continuous Evaluation Program, continuous vetting, and RAPBACKExpert knowledge of Initiate and processing background investigations via the electronic questionnaires for investigations processing (eAPPapp) systemExperience with risk management including problem identification and problem solving is highly recommendedCompany Description
