Human Resources Business Partner, Senior

Key Role:Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge in the Human Resources (HR) function to provide operational support to leaders, managers, and employees across Booz Allen Hamilton. Coach and advise on complex, time-sensitive issues in performance and behavior management, talent management, disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and risk assessment and mitigation. Partner with other teams to develop innovative solutions to complex problems and provide exceptional service to our clients. Leverage critical thinking to focus on continuous improvement and solutions to drive efficiencies and scalability of the HR function.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Human Resources rolesExperience with consulting on the revision of organizational policies and directives on HR programsExperience with providing internal customer service in large organizationsExperience with managing sensitive, critical employee situationsExperience with managing day-to-day employee relationsAssociate's degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience with Performance Improvement PlansExperience with Workday HRISKnowledge of employment laws and regulationsPossession of excellent analytical, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business AdministrationSHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) CertificationCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
