Your Background and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
8+ years of experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel setting.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment.
Strong understanding of luxury and lifestyle brand positioning and execution.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel as needed.

The compensation range for this role is $225,000.00-$250,000.00 and the determined salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience within the hospitality industry.
