Join our innovative Hybrid Cloud Organization, where we’re defining the future of cloud solutions at HPE. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead our Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives and drive impactful business outcomes. As the Senior Director of Hybrid Cloud GTM Acceleration, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and defining high-impact strategies and programs to further scale our Hybrid Cloud organization.
In this role, you will collaborate with executive management to identify operational efficiencies and new opportunities across sales strategy, planning and execution. Building strong relationships within the BU, as well as regional and global field leadership, will be essential for the successful implementation of our GTM strategies. You will work with executive teams to develop comprehensive business plans and tracking that support growth and performance, both in the short and long-term. You will analyze financial, sales, and market data to evaluate performance and provide actionable recommendations to achieve targets. Leading a team of subject matter experts, you will ensure operational success and strategic alignment across initiatives. This position requires strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into strategic actions. As a key advisor to executive management, you will influence the organization's strategic direction and significantly contribute to GTM acceleration.
Responsibilities:
Provides strategic advice to regional/Corporate Function departmental executive management regarding overall targeted growth, operation efficiency, and sales strategy initiatives.
Builds financially sound, executable, data-driven GTM strategies that accelerate GTM growth.
Provides strategic advice to clarify, plan and monitor the growth of the Hybrid Cloud organization's revenue and market share.
Drives operational efficiency initiatives that improve the company's profitability through Sales and GTM programs.
Applies financial rigor and acumen to all initiatives that lead executive and company's business teams to shareholder value-based decisions.
Design and development of business models, market strategies or M&A activities for organizational effectiveness.
Demonstrates thought leadership by coaching and advising VP, SVP and other company executives.
Provides business rationale and risk assessment for making company investments in their area of focus.
Builds relationships and provides guidance to industry, community, press as appropriate.
Creates a performance-driven culture that ensures the company has the best strategic planning team in the industry.
Balances short term with long term strategies and resource investment.
Drives high-impact organizational and operational planning initiatives.
Influences C-level executives on a wide range of business issues, including risk management and implementation tactics.
Provides innovative thought leadership and shapes the knowledge base across GTM planning and execution.
Provides strong leadership, develops and sets individual and departmental team performance goals and manages/drives change.
Education and Experience Required:
Achieved planned financial results at an organizational level.
Acted as a senior executive in a global company responsible for operational efficiency related to GTM.
Exercised leadership on external business or industry boards.
17+ years total experience. Often 10+ years post-advanced degree experience leading highly visible GTM programs.
MBA highly desired, or advanced university degree. Bachelor's degree required.
