Having a rich diverse, proven experience of delivering over 350+ products in 22 years around core Telecom networks globally & having successfully seen through and adapted to rapid technology changes in Telecom from 2G to 5G today spanning across APAC, SAARC Countries, Europe, USA, Middle East, Africa & Indian Ocean RIM Countries.Some of our key Core network products & solutions include PCRF for Data & VoLTE, Converged Real-time Rating & Charging, Unified Policy control & charging etc., with Digital Stack offering consisting of Telecom Big Data Analytics platform, Loyalty & Campaign Management, Omnichannel Self-care, Mediation, eKYC, Mobile Financial Services / Mobile Money / Electronic Top-up, Consolidated Messaging Platforms (USSD Gateway, SMSC, and Notifications) etc.Key Responsibilities:

1. Existing Account Management (40%):Maintain and strengthen relationships with current telecom clientsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accountsConduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessionsResolve any issues or concerns to maintain strong partnershipsCo-ordinate with internal teams for any escalations and take the lead with clients to ensure timely resolutionEnsure a high level of Financial management in terms of Invoicing and collection.2. Account Farming (30%):Develop strategies to expand business within the current client baseIdentify new departments or divisions that could benefit from BSS/OSS solutionsCreate tailored proposals for additional products or servicesCollaborate with technical teams to design expanded solution offeringsNegotiate contract expansions and renewals3. New Account Hunting (30%):Identify and pursue new potential clients in the telecom industryDevelop and execute strategies to penetrate new accountsBuild relationships with decision-makers in prospective client organisationsCreate compelling pitches and presentations for new business opportunitiesNavigate complex sales cycles to close deals with new clientsRequired Skills:

Deep understanding of telecom industry trends and BSS/OSS technologiesProven track record in account management, farming, and new business developmentExcellent and proven track record of participating in RFI/RFP and submitting the techno-commercial proposalStrong negotiation and presentation skillsStrategic thinking and business acumenExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to balance multiple priorities across existing and new accountsExperience:

15+ years of experience in Telecom VAS, OSS and BSS.

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor’s Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics
