Location: Portland, OregonRole SummaryThe Director of Integration and Transformation within the Office of the CFO is focused on supporting the execution of the CFO’s strategy, analytical problem-solving, and creation of artifacts synthesizing key insights to help drive outcomes to support a culture of empowerment with accountability.This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer and is poised for a unique hands-on opportunity to receive professional development, coaching, and on-the-job learning.Core AttributesDrives integration opportunities across the enterprise, especially related to future acquisitions, navigating across a diverse set of stakeholders with a high degree of uncertainty in a high-paced environment.Leads tactical project management of various workstreams of varying levels of complexity and time criticality.Develops executive level presentations and identifies key action items and insights.Actively looks for ways to improve processes to create efficiencies and executes upon transformation and integration opportunities.Demonstrates the ability to understand our business and how we can make it more efficient.QualificationsUndergraduate degree, or equivalent practical experience in a business field.CPA preferred.15 years of experience in management consulting/professional services, operations, transformation, or equivalent experience.Knowledge of PowerBI and MS Excel including advanced tools and formulas, complex tables, and charts.Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and similar presentation tools.Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with team members and audiences of all levels of management and interpersonal skills.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to understand and articulate the “big picture”.Proven experience working in a matrix environment, partnering with multiple stakeholders and functions.Salary InformationThe base salary range for this position varies by location:Denver, CO and Baltimore, MD: $187,500 - $312,500Bellevue, WA, Los Angeles, CA, Newport Beach, CA, San Diego, CA, and New York, NY: $202,500 - $337,500San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA: $215,600 - $359,400About UsAt Grant Thornton, we believe in making business more personal and building trust into every result – for our clients and you.
