REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates should have an undergraduate degree in biomedical, mechanical, or electrical engineering. Advanced degrees are preferred. Registration to practice before the USPTO required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities for this position include preparing and filing patent applications, engaging with clients, and overseeing prosecution of foreign patent applications on behalf of early-stage medical device, medical diagnostic and biotech companies.
