The provider will receive clinical training and support from an extremely collegial staff that go above and beyond to serve the patients in need. The Inpatient Diabetes Advanced Practitioner will work in collaboration with a team of APPs and attending physicians to ensure high quality and timely care for patients with diabetes at LHMC, both in the hospital and as they transition to home.**Details:**+ Full time; 4/10 hour days+ Weekend and holiday rotation (every 3rd weekend)+ Inpatient care with a rotation to a transitional care clinic+ Adult population+ Total, comprehensive patient care+ Collaborative APP team working environment+ Continuing education opportunities+ Collaborative patient care+ Work/life balance**Qualifications:**+ Graduate of a Masters in Nursing program or a Physician Assistant program+ Certification and current NP or PA license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts+ DEA+ MCSR_Diversity is a core value at Beth Israel Lahey Health.
