We’re hiring a Director of Product Management / Group Product Manager (experience dependent) to lead our Procurement Orchestration product group. In this role, you will be responsible for Zip’s core platform, including our intake experience and procurement workflow engine, admin settings and controls, user management, and our integration ecosystem. You will ensure that we continue to deliver a consumer-grade collaboration experience while supporting complex cross-functional workflows.You Will

Drive a product strategy to ensure we maintain our lead as the industry leading Intake and Procurement Orchestration platform for startups to the Fortune 100Scale an enterprise grade platform that is highly performant, reliable, scalable, and offers robust integration capabilitiesDefine and track key metrics, leveraging data to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability across teamsAlign cross functional teams to align the GTM, enablement, and sales strategies with our product strategyFoster strong relationships with customers to ensure product alignment with user needsDevelop a team structure and culture that results in exceptional performanceHire, mentor and coach a high performing PM teamWork with front-line product managers to build team roadmap, manage end-to-end execution effectively, and ensure successful, high quality launchesQualifications

10+ years of Product Management experienceExperience scaling SaaS products in a high growth environment. Additional experience building products from 0-to-1 preferredExtreme attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and industry knowledgeStrong written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to prioritize ruthlessly, even if may disappoint customers or stakeholdersExperience hiring and managing other product managersThe salary range for this role is $220,000 - $290,000.
