Executive Assistant
to support the Chief of Staff for the Navy's SLCM-N front office. In this critical role you will be managing workflows to ensure efficient/effective program management, prioritizing daily deliverables, managing actions to maximize execution of weekly/monthly deadlines, overseeing integrated master scheduling, drafting executive correspondence, supply research analysis and providing database management.
The Executive Assistant will coordinate amongst division stakeholders and program manages to track and produce deliverables for the Chief of Staff, as well as report on programmatic actions to senior leadership. You will review, edit, and assist in creating internal SSP documents related to the SLCM-N and coordinate related input and approval from government and industry partners. events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring timely and effective executionProvide

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.5+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAn active DoD security clearance at the SECRET levelExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project), Adobe Acrobat, Fox It, and Visio.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesBonus points for...
