The Administrative Assistant is a critical member of the Foster Care team, working collaboratively within and across programs to ensure a relentless focus on keeping children safe and supporting families, consistent with our agency's Blueprint for Impact, which includes replacing what we currently think of as child welfare services with what we know to be child, family, and community well-being solutions. As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support, track data, prepare reports, and assist with managing office needs including answering phones. The Administrative Assistant may also provide administrative support to other client-serving programs in the Belleville office.

Candidate qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

At least three years’ related experience required.

Experience using Microsoft products for documentation preparation, data collection, and reporting preferred.

Job details:

Compensation: Range starts at $17 per hour; offers are commensurate with experience.

Location: Hybrid; Up to 2 days/week remote with remaining time in office, once initial training period is successfully completed.

Schedule: Full-time, hourly; general business hours with flexibility for evening appointments as needed.
