As the Sales Manager, you recruit, hire, and develop a staff of dedicated and service driven people. You plan, direct, and coordinate the delivery of product. You lead a team by providing strong communication with clear goals. You review sales, analyze data, and develop additional training as needed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain an immaculate and organized retail environment, online presence and storage/fulfillment centerReceive and manage inventory with proven and established inventory controlsPrepare reports daily, weekly, and monthly sales/tax reports, and quarterly hand counted 75,000 + inventoryDeep understanding of setting priorities, scheduling and projections for staffDevelop employees to have a passion for excellence, customer service and a desire to serve othersAble to make decisions and solve problemsMandatory BTS Event & Graduation once a monthBe present at other hangR campus locations as directedOccasional communication with online customers during non-store hours (evenings and weekends)Occasional inventory work may be required outside of store hoursPerform other duties as assignedCompetencies:

Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of 2 years retail or related experience with retail operations and managing a staff of 5 +General accounting and ability to analyze reports and fix errorsExperience with inventory exceeding 75,000 SKU's and 400 products and proven control systems to maintainBachelor's Degree and/or related experienceCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:
None
Computer and Equipment Skills
Proficient in Macintosh: Microsoft Word, Excel, Pages and Numbers (Photoshop a plus)Shopify and Mailchimp
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in a retail and storage environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, reach, kneel, stoop and lift up to thirty (40) pounds.
