We have an excellent job opportunity to work as a Warehouse Associate and Driver in Hollister, CA!
Clean driving record is required!Previous delivery driver experience is preferred!Warehouse D
uties:
Safely unload land load warehouse shipments using proper equipment.Support physical inventory and cycle counts as needed.Perform pest control inspections and/or maintain temperature and pest control logs, as needed.Assist local agency representatives or clients in picking up orders.Safely operate material handling equipment such as conventional and standup reach forklifts, stackers, powered and manual pallet jacks, and hand trucks.Safely drive to pick up donations and make deliveries to clients and agencies.Report any accidents or injuries.Keep the warehouse areas clean.Perform light maintenance and inspect vehicles for cleanliness.Ensure proper paperwork is acquired prior to departure.Manage departure times to ensure on time arrivals.Complete all necessary paperwork legibly and return to the office in a timely manner.Return all perishable food items to proper storage as soon as possible.Return the truck clean and ready for the next day.
Driving Duties:
Maintain positive attitude and friendly demeanorAssist local agency representatives and/or clients in checking in system and/or picking up orders.Safely drive to pick up donations and make deliveries to clients and agencies.Report any accidents or injuries, incurred, or observed, immediately .Safely pack and load food and other items for delivery.Ensure all appropriate paperwork / computer work is complete.Manage departure times to ensure on time arrivals.Maintain control of situations both positive and negative while working with clients.
