Key Responsibilities:Calendar Management: Effectively manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while optimizing time and prioritizing commitments.Communication Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the CEO, screening and prioritizing correspondence as needed.Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and presentations, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.Travel Arrangements: Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa arrangements, ensuring seamless travel experiences for the CEO.Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including drafting emails, preparing documents, conducting research, and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings, presentations, and strategic initiatives by gathering relevant information, conducting research, and providing administrative support as required.Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO and the company in a professional manner at all times.Project Coordination: Support the CEO in coordinating special projects, initiatives, and cross-functional collaborations, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key objectives.Office Management: Oversee the CEO's office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities, to ensure a productive and organized work environment.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.Qualifications and Skills:Master's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior executives, preferably in the technology or wellness industry.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and dealing with confidential matters.Resourcefulness, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate and proactively address the needs of the CEO and the executive office.Passion for wellness and technology, with a desire to contribute to the company's mission and vision.This position requires being on-site five days a week.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive health and wellness benefits packageGenerous vacation and paid time offOpportunities for professional development and advancementrecblid l2fd4aq5q0t75x2bjar6lanjta3pf4
